GH controlling ceiling light but not fan

I’ve bought a grid connect (Arlec) ceiling fan and light combination. Grid connect paired it ok,  it on GH it’s come up as two separate devices and only the light part is controllable, the fan part says offline, yet it’s online through Grid Connect
