A few questions: was it working before? Are you getting any message when streaming your Camera to your Hub? To make sure, do you have a Nest Hub or a Nest Hub Max?

Give these steps a try:

• Make sure your devices are connected to the same network and within 15-20 feet of the router.
• Reboot your devices and router to refresh the connection.
• Check this link with the supported commands.
