How to stop nest hub going going to main screen while cooking

Hi every time I cook the recipe disappears and I have to ask google to find again this happens about 10 times during a cook. How do I get him to stay please hopefully it can

A few questions: what's the exact command you're using? Was it working before? Also, is it happening to a particular recipe?
