Google Chromecast

For last 6 Chromecast / App for KAYO SPORTS will not STEAM live IPhone and IPad fine . Then normal GOOGLE TV Apps drop out / freeze after viewing a movie . In desperation I bought new the latest GOOGLE CHROMECAST 4K , loaded all ok and still have the same problem .

Help line and contact to GOOGLE  will not progress to a solution .

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have; let me help you out. A few things: Is the issue isolated to this application only? What is the light status of your Chromecast when it freezes? What steps have you taken to fix the issue?

Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

1. Plug in your Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.
2. Reboot your TV and Wi-Fi router.
3. Reset your Chromecast with Google TV.
