Im being harrassed by Google

Anybody else being harassed by their connected devices. 

 

Absolutely sick and tired of the harassment we are getting. The hub plays music when not asked, then has a house party when it feels like. Heating turning itself up. Chromecast playing you tube music.   Currently lights are turning on and off over and over

 The only way to fix is to unplug everything. Paid hundreds of pounds for all these devices and they are absolutely no use as we cannot leave anything plugged in. 

Before any one says its another family member, its not. Its an absolute joke. 

Have reported to live chat and it seemed to stop for a few months now shes worse than ever.  Sometimes it really feels like she is trying to communicate as ridiculous as that sounds. The devices have 2 distinct personalities, one normal Google and the one that harasses us. They seem to contradict each other, as the display will start to play a video and then go back to normal whilst still playing the video sound in the background.  

We really are being bullied by our devices.

Sounds ridiculous 🙄  but I really give up.

That certainly hasn’t been easy for you. Let’s check what’s going on. Upon reviewing, it appears that you indeed contacted our chat support last year about this and have been communicating with a representative via email. Based on the last conversation, they advised you to contact your internet service provider to make some adjustments to your router. Were you able to contact them to make some adjustments?
