ADT set us up today with the Google Home Nest device and the ADT doorbell.  For a while, we we were able to see people outside in the Nest.  Now, we can't.  How do we fix this?

Have you tried this..?

Tap the home name near the top of the home screen to switch homes if needed.
  1. Tap Set up device or service + at the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Select Set up device.
  3. Choose Works with Google.
  4. Search and select “ADT Smart Home” and then follow the steps to complete setup.

I’m having the exact same problem, and tried that as well.

At least I know I am not alone.

Hey folks,

Thanks for reaching out.

A quick question: are your devices working individually?

Give these steps a try:

  1. Verify if your're logged into the correct Google Account.
  2. Check the Linked services section at the top and make sure (ADT Smart Home, Blue by ADT, etc.) appears.
  3. Unlink and relink your devices from the Google Home app. Tap Assistant Settings >Home Control. Under Linked services at the top, tap the service partner that is having issues, Unlink account> Unlink.
  4. Synchronize all devices. Use the command: "Okay Google, sync my devices."
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app.

Looking forward to your response.

Best,

Alex
