I have a nest hub max and both I and my roommate have an account on it. She uses her email and I use mine. I have a list in Google keep named “shopping”. My roommate has access to the keep list in order to add items. When I speak to the hub to add something to the list (my list that she is also on) it adds it to the list. When she speaks to the hub to add an item to the list it attempts to find a list on her account and fails. She has attempted to tell the hub for example: “add sauce to shopping list”, “add sauce to Sean’s shopping list”, “show me shopping list”, and it fails every time to access my list. We have tried speaking to google in every way to attempt to have the hub add something to my list and we have failed. How does she add something to my list without Google trying to make her own list on her account?

On shoppinglist.google.com you have the option to share your list. Make sure that the shared list is the default (or only) list on both accounts.
