Google Nest Max. I cannot turn it off! It is on live video feed!

I cannot turn off my Google Nest Hub Max. It remains on live camera feed!!!!

Try saying..."okay Google, Stop". If that doesn't work you may want to give it a reboot.

@Morticiantexas, that certainly hasn't been easy for you ― have you already tried the suggestion above? If yes and still the same behavior then try the steps below:

1. Ensure the privacy switch on the back of the device is checked. 
2. Ensure the onscreen camera mute button (in the Settings tray of the Nest Hub Max) on the device is either disabled or enabled depending on your preferences.
3. Reboot the Nest Hub Max.
4. Force close and re-open the Google Home App.
