I accidentally deleted the room called bathroom in my Google home and I cannot find a way to restore it. Can you lend me a hand? And tell me if there is a way to restore a room I deleted. Thank you

Grab any device and change its placement/Room in its settings.
Look through the Room names in the list. If it's not listed scroll down to the bottom and add a custom name.

I just tested it and it does work for me.
I added a Room named "Choo Choo" even though the device was offline
.
How far into my solution does it get until Google says I can't do that?

I get to the bottom of the list of rooms, and there is no "create custom" icon anywhere. I already looked for that, thus my question.

Do you live outside the US or don't have your language set to English (United States).
I live in Australia l, but have the setting above.
Some features are unavailable if Google Home isn't set to English (United States).

There's 12 different "English" languages you can choose from.
From Australia to United States.
If I chose English (Australia) I wouldn't be able use Quick Phrases (no wake words) on my Google Nest Hub Max because it's only available to English (United States) users.

I'm sorry for the inconveniences that you've been experiencing when trying to create a room to put your devices there. I can see that you accidentally deleted it, and there is no option to add again that specific room even after following the instructions provided by @SmartHomeH-TAGS in this thread. It will be helpful if you share a screenshot of the list of rooms when selecting the placement for the device where we can verify that the option "Custom room" is not appearing.
