Google home linking to smart device

Hi

I've set up an Anywair Wi-Fi unit in my Fujitsu air-conditioner. It works fine on my mobile phone, real cool...

But when I go to link it into my Google Home system, following the "add new" prompt, I select the Anywair app, it then prompts me to enter the user name and password, but it doesn't accept it ... and that's as far as I can get.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Cheers

Steve

Would love to know the answer to this as well!

Mine used to work but has now stopped working.   it seems the anywair website is no longer functioning correctly and rejecting authentication attempts (https://anywair.intesishome.com/oauth2/devices)

Yes, I'm having the same problem, since yesterday. I unlinked the account but now can't add it back. It prompts to enter authentication details and Anywair says, unable to process the request.

@danrfff were you able to sort this out?

Google home app

-Add device

-works with ghome

-search Sensibo

-sign in (you may need to go onto the Sensibo website separately and use the forgot password link, if like me you did the password free setup initially

Hopefully this helps. I just had this aircon put in an hour ago and took me a min to figure out how to link it after struggling with that intesishome link. Link Sensibo not anywair even though it's the anywair app on your phone

Had a new system installed yesterday.

Was having the same google home authentication troubles with Anywair.

This method of using Sensibo worked for me also.

Thanks for taking the time to share this solution.
