our google home system just went offline and we cannot figure out how to get it back online. We have the routers for wifi.

A few questions: when did it start happening? Were there any recent changes to your network? Also, is it still responding to your voice command?

Give these steps a try:

• Make sure your phone and Google Home are within 15-20 feet from your router and connected to the same network.
• Try rebooting your Google Home and router to refresh the connection.
• Uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app.
• Reset your Google Home.
