I've had the same google account for 15 years. Now, google says my account which sends and receives email is "suspended". I can't renew my subscription with google nest aware. I've tried creating a new account and still unable to use my nest cams. Please advise.

Thanks for getting back to us and this is not the experience we want you to have. Since you created your new account, I would suggest you link your Nest devices to it and then apply your new Nest Aware subscription to your new home structure. Follow this link to apply for the Nest Aware subscription.
