Gree not working since last update on Google home and offline partly

Since the latest update of Google home, the assistant doesn't access the device.

Google home reports that 3 of my 4 devices are offline but the EWPE smart app controls all of them without a problem.

The only difference I can see is that the one that works is a different AC model than the rest

Any help?

WE're sorry to hear about this experience with your Google Nest speakers. Since you're seeing your devices as offline, let's try these steps:

1. Reboot your Google Nest speakers and router - unplug the devices for a few minutes.
2. Make sure to keep the Google Nest speakers closer to the router.
3. As soon as everything is plugged in, try this command: "OK Google, sync my devices".

Let me know if these steps work.

The issue has been fixed by FW update to the AC
For any future searches, seems that updating the firmware of the AC worked. 
Please make sure the FW is updated as it fixed my issue.
