A few questions: what's the model of the phone that you're using? What's your Google Home app version? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Try clearing the cache of your Google Home app. Uninstalling and reinstalling might also help after making sure that all your Google applications are up-to-date on your phone.

Hello

I'm using Google pixel 5. And my wife has a google pixel 4XL.

I'm using the latest google home app in play: 2.65.1.6

And, yeah, I've done the basic troubleshooting: clearing cache, clearing all data, removing all permissions and adding them back again, uninstalling the app and reinstall and nothing, haven't had any luck yet
