Home automation script sending hourly notifications

Hi,

I'm trying to find a way, using web home automation,  to get reminders / notifications of active device. 

Exemple : Get a recurring notification of a device (heater)  has been switched on.

I tried "time.schedule  " but apparently that's not the solution ..
