Home won't link third party devices.

I have a few lightbulbs and smart outlets from Mercury.  Up until yesterday they were linked to home just fine.  When I tried to turn on my lights Google replied that it couldn't access the lights and try to re-add them.  I removed the lights, restarted the app, and tried to add them again.  When I did, it also removed my smart outlets. When I try to link back the Home app to Geeni, I get a message that home couldn't find any devices in my Geeni account.  I can use the Geeni app directly to turn these lights on and off just fine so I know my devices work.  On a side note,. I also get this same message for my shark vacuum.  Why am I no longer able to add third party devices?

Seems the problem fixed itself.  Although my Google still can't find my vacuum still at least my lights work.

Mine did the same thing last night. I’ve had these lights and outlets for 2 years and now they all became unlinked last night.
will not link back up.

Ok, got home and reset the modem, then restarted every Google speaker/hub I had. Able to link all light/switches now.

Hey folks,

We appreciate your time in providing us an update about what's happening with your devices.

HomeAllTheTime, to confirm, was your vacuum working before? Are you able to link your Shark Clean account in the Google Home app? If so, are you getting any message when controlling it? Check this guide to link your vacuum.

Best,

Alex
