Today Google Home stopped being able to connect with Hubspace by Home Depot.
The error continues to be "Could not reach Hubspace. Please try again."
I have UN-linked the account and tried to reconnect Hubspace to Google Home both from Google Home and from Hubspace but the error persists.
I have checked an confirmed that all devices are on the same wifi with identical SSID.
The problem began occurring around 830PM EDT time on 09-06-2024.
Please help.

EDIT: 245PM EDT 09-07-2024
Things appear to be "back to normal" between Hubspace and Google Home...

EDIT: 1128AM EDT 09-07-2024
The connection is still being maintained to Hubspace but is now a bit "flaky".
Upon opening the Google Home App status of all Hubspace devices begins to "flicker." In other words Google Home may show them "on line" or "off line" but then begins cycling between the two states. There does not appear to be any regular frequency to the cycle of them being "recognized then unrecognized then recognized again."
Devices from other manufacturers continue to work without any connection issues.

Things began working again around 105AM on 09-07-2024...now to just get everything configured again....

Issue is happening in California right now at 1:37 am PST.

Issue also happening in Louisiana at 3:44 AM CST. The "hubspace support" button in the hubspace also isn't working. And if you try to go to hubspace FAQ on home depots website, that also isn't working. I don't think it's a Google issue, seems like hubspace.

I am experiencing the same issue since yesterday, Florida, 1505 EST. I tried to re-Links to hubspace and once it does I get the “Something went wrong” message.

I have same problem since 5am in KY

I have been having that issue too. it keeps going down then reconneting and showing up then a few minutes it goes down, light switches arn't always working then they are this started 9/6/2024 and is still 9/7/2024. reconnecting in the google home app gives an error, unlinking and relinking in hubspace app works, and stuff shows connected right away for a few minutes then back to being disconnected then a few minutes they all show up, then a few minutes later they are all offline. the hubspace app hasn't had any issues and we can still control our lights with that, sometimes 'hey google turn on all lights' works and sometimes it is not. i guess it depends if it's the minutes that it is connected to hubspace or not. we are considering putting alexa on our google phones getting alexa speakers, and connecting to alexa, but I don't know yet if that would just be a waste of money because I don't know if it's hubspace connecting to other services, or google connecting to hubspace. the lights that we have that are not hubspace but connected to another app have had no issues. so sometimes hey google turn on all lights just turns on the downstairs bathroom light and then google says it can not reach the hubspace verbally, so I kind of think this may be a hubspace issue, so the other option is to get all new light switches that are not hubspace and buy bulbs that connect directly to google, and then replace the 7 light fixtures that are all integrated no bulb fixtures that only connect to hubspace. i'll give it a few days. i miss light switches.

I also have other devices from Leviton and TP-Link Kasa that have not experienced this issue. I suspect therefore that there is something different with the Google-Hubspace "link" that is the issue...

All Hubspace devices on my Google Home network are intermittent. They are sometimes reported as "offline" when I look at them using Google Home on my android device. Sometimes I can turn them on but not off. Sometimes I turn one device on and Google Home activates the "All on" option. Google Home on my iPad does not report Hubspace devices as offline; I can see device status, but cannot control them.

Having the same issues since evening of Sept 6th, tried everything but the integration between Google Home and Hubspace is not working. Mine consistently has remained off, leaving no ability to operate my 20 Hubspace recessed lights.
