I will never buy another google product again. My nest devices are 12 years old and were all working perfectly. Now they are pieces of **bleep** on my wall. Not only do they expect me to go replace a perfectly working product which we have 4 of, but I have to pay to get them installed. I heavily depend on remote thermostats and managing my heating bills. Might as well got a Honeywell turn dial. Google you suck.
