Trying to add a family member and the app won't allow it. Type in the email and the "Next" button turns blue but does nothing when you press it.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does nothing.
I don't want an automated response from a bot with a person's name telling me to read some troubleshooting crap.
It can't be that hard
Apparently it was a problem 12 months ago, according to these threads, but I can't see a solution posted anywhere, only garbage answers from a bot.
I look forward to someone hopefully posting a solution.

I’m having the same issue. Everything looks correct on my wife’s phone, but it asks to sign in or to migrate. I’ve tried both and it won’t let me sign in at all. It says invalid email or pass…. Our hue lights, Roku and everything else works from Google Home app except the Nest thermostat. Any help would be greatly appreciated
