Sometimes I have issues with Google home app. After connecting the wireless device I face some troubles with screen casting. Sometimes I have now playing as my device status at that time I can cast the screen. But sometimes I have not playing as my device status that I can't cast my screen. I'm facing this issues many times.

To make sure, are you casting your screen to your Google Nest speakers? Or are you casting your audio from your phone to your speaker? Also, what Google Nest device are you pertaining to? Share more details, we'd love to help.
