Hi darkSide61,

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I understand you're interested in listening to Joytify on your Nest Hub. I'm here to guide you.

Currently the Nest Hub doesn't allow you to install apps or third-party apps directly to your device; however, there is a way you might be able to interact with it. Please do the following:

  • If Joytify is a music streaming service, you might be able to link it to your Nest Hub through the Google Home app. This will allow you to play music from Joytify using voice commands. You'd typically do this by going into the Google Home app. Here are the steps:

  1. Make sure that your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network or linked to the same account as your Nest Hub.

  2. Open the Google Home app.

  3. At the top right, tap your account.

  4. Verify that the Google Account shown is the one linked to your Nest Hub.

  5. Tap to close the account window.

  6. Tap Settings.

  7. Under "Services," tap Music.

  8. To choose your default service, tap the music service you'd like to use. The assistant will use this service when you say, “Hey Google, play music.” If you don't see your music service in the list, double-check that you've downloaded the app to your phone and are logged into your account there.

  9. Under More Music Services, you'll find options to connect and disconnect other supported services. If a service is available to link or unlink, simply tap on it to manage the connection.

Note: For all services, the Nest Hub currently supports a single account per streaming service.

Please let me know how it goes.

Regards,

Byron

Hi Byron.

First of all I wish to thank you for your kind and very clear and fast answer.

Unfortunately, your suggestions did not solve my problem as Joytify does not appear in "My Music Services" and in the "Under More Music Services" section the "More Music Services" button is not enabled.

In your opinion, could there be other ways to solve it?

Thanks in advance. Ezio

Hi darkSide61,

Thank you for your quick reply. I appreciate you taking the time to check the details and your troubleshooting efforts. Let's explore additional options.

Since you've already gone through the music service list and it isn't showing up, that means that your music service isn't integrated with the Google Home app just yet.

We're always looking to make things better; please consider sharing your thoughts and experiences and submitting them to the feedback form. That really helps us shape future updates.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Regards,

Byron
