My nest mini speakers are too slow to respond after firmware 1.56.313652

My nest mini speakers(2nd gen) are too slow to respond after firmware 1.56.313652. Before 3 weeks ago, they were working fine. Their locations have not changed. My internet is ok. I try to figure out what the problem is. If I tell my speaker to turn on the lamp, it waits for almost 5 seconds. It definitely wasnt working like 2 weeks ago. Could you help me?

Hi @umut_94

There are a few things you can try.

Make sure your Google Home app is up to date and clear your Google Home app cache

Tell your Mini to "sync my devices".

Reboot your Mini.

Hopefully one of those will help.

Hi folks,

Thanks for the help JillG.

Hi umut_94, thanks for posting. This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. You can do a sequential reboot. First unplug your Nest Mini for 30 seconds then do the same thing to your WiFi router to refresh both devices and your WiFi signal.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,

Juni
