I believe my wifi router was hacked into through an old computer i was given by my father. (It was my step mothers - father's computer, but he passed away, so they gave me his old computer. Well, i factory reset it, but i do not believe it fullt factory reat for whatever reason, but it woked for a little while and thwn it crashed. I figured this was because it was old and outdated, so i purchased a new one ans bought the keys for windows 10 home as soon as i turned the new computer on, well, i believe somebodg was in my ISP already, and they have continhously been changine mg apps and gettingnme into developer stuff, that i have no clue how to do, ans i would like to figuee these issues out.

Hey, JustDHewy.
Sorry to hear about the issues with your account access. The best way to secure your account is to change the password for the Google account. This will immediately cut off access to anyone using the account except for yourself. The next step would be to change the password for your WiFi network. Once you have changed those passwords, no outside users will have access to either the network or your Google account.
If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Thanks.
