I have the app downloaded on my phone but how do you sync it to a desktop computer?

Hi k9byron,

For 1st generation Nest cameras you can use the website link below.

https://home.nest.com/

For 2nd generation cameras you need to use the Google Home app on a mobile device currently. Google has announced a website version will be available sometime this year.

Cathal

Hi, thanks for the message. Im not sure which version they are but I purchased the camaras about 4 months ago.

I am logged into the mobile app with my Google acct. The problem is that when I try to login with my Google acct via desktop its not syncing with the app and is asking me to "Add a Product" ...do I really need to re-add all my devices on desktop??

If you purchased brand new products recently then they are probably Gen 2.

What app are you using?

Google Home.

Or

Nest
