Nest Camera Wifi disabled

Martincsk

Hi,

I have a roommate that I suspect goes into my room and uses my bathroom when I am not at home. I installed google nest camera in my room to make sure it does not happen. However, I came back from my trip and noticed my scale in my bathroom was switched from LB to KG. My roommate is from Europe, it would make sense he would switch my scale to kilograms. So I went to check the camera, no video recording of him going into my room. But then, all he really needs to do is turn off the wifi, and the camera is disabled.

Is there a way to see the history of when the cameras were off due to no wifi connection?

If you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription and look at your history in either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app, the timeline is grayed out or blacked out when there is no video available. In addition, Google Nest sends you an email if your camera is offline for more than 10 minutes.
