Nest Learning + Daikin 4mxl = Compatible?

Hello,

We installed a Daikin 4mxl HVAC system with 3 zones. 

Our contractor is telling us that the Daikin 4mxl is not compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat. He was saying there is no power supply, or wifi adapter... It seems odd that a relatively new thermostat like a Daikin wouldn't be compatible. I saw the terminations are all there. 

Has anybody had any experience with this unit, or can help?
