Nest Thermostat not cooling after a reset

We’ve had a nest thermostat for maybe 8 months now and it’s always getting disconnected. Battery shows good but it says offline. Usually removing and adding it back works to get it back online or waiting it out but this time I reset and it didn’t work so I factory reset it and then removed the thermostat from the home app and added it back. It’s back online but now there doesn’t seem to be any cooling. It says it’s cooling but it’s blowing warm air. I checked for loose wiring but everything seems firmly in place. I don’t know what to try at this point. Since it was working before, I hesitate to change wiring. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
