Hello Google Guru's, I've tried to 'Google' search info on my issue but can't seem to find any 'useful' info

We have set up a few Nest Cam's but can't seem to turn them on and off with voice commands. One has a floodlight and we can use voice command to turn the floodlight on and off, just not the actual cameras, we also have a third party light that we can voice control. I've looked into all sorts of settings for the cameras and even tried changing the names, but just can't seem to figure out what's going wrong.

Please help because it's got me completely baffled 🤪

I don't think you can use Google Assistant to turn Google Nest cameras on and off. Google Nest doesn't list any example of that in their help topic:
