I changed the name of a Nest+Yale lock in the Nest app from “Entry door” to “Family door” but the name that syncs to Google Home is “Custom.” When I try to change the name in Google Home I get a “Problem connecting to cloud” error. All my other devices don’t give this error when attempting a name change in Google Home. Any ideas?
