Nest cam in routines

This was raised a couple of years ago but still not fixed. I cant set up a routine to turn the cameras on and off

Have you tried do it via Google Home Script Editor? 
Granted, this is leveraging Wyze vs Nest for the cameras but everything else is the same logic

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

• Which Nest camera do you have?
• What troubleshooting have you done so far?
• Is there any error code or message in the Nest app? 
• Does this only happen when you create a routine with the camera?
