Nest connects but there's no sound.

I have a Google Nest Hub that connects to my phone via Bluetooth and I can see my music playing on it, but there's no sound co.ig out of it.  The volume is all the way up on both my phone and the hub.  I've tried pairing and unpairing the 2 devices a few times but the same.thing keeps happening.  Content plays but there's no sound.

Hi @markvm - Sorry to hear about that. Does it make any sounds like if you were to ask it, "Hey Google tell me a joke" or does it only not make any sound when trying to play music?

Thanks for the fast response, and there's no sound at all.  Not with videos, music from any app, broadcasts, etc.  It's HAS unpowered for a long time.  I just re set it up and had to reset it to complete the set up.  Not sure if that might have something to do with it.

Thanks for the clarification @markvm - you might need to do a factory reset in order to get it working properly again.  If that doesn't work, you might have a defective product.  Keep me posted if you need help on how to do a factory reset.

Is it done by holding the up and down volume buttons at the same time?

@markvm - Yup! On the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting.
