Nest speakers not playing

Hey there!

 

I use google nest in my business and I have checked all connections.  I have 2 devices set up in one room.  One of the devices tells me I cannot play, try again in a few seconds and one says please log into your google home account which I am already logged into.  Has anyone else experienced this and if so how can I correct it?

Thanks for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear one device won't play anything and keeps giving an error message, and the other is requesting a login, despite your account already being active. I'm happy to help!

 

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

 

  • What type of Nest speakers do you have?
  • When did the inconvenience start?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
  • Do you only have a business account or a personal one?
  • Have you made any changes to your Nest speakers recently?
