Nest thermostat

I tried hooking up the 3rd gen learning nest thermostat.  According to where my wires were and where Google is telling me to place them .  I am not sure what the problem is.

Thanks for checking it with us and for being a step ahead of us. I'm sorry for the delay. I'd like to take a closer look at it. To confirm, in what country are you located? Do you see any messages or codes on your thermostat? What is the make and model of your system? Please take a photo of the wires connected to your system's control board and on how you wired your Nest Thermostat. It will help us to double check your system's wiring configuration.
