Power cut yesterday - Nest showing no usage and not hating hot water on schedule

Hi,

We had a power cut yesterday that only lasted for a couple of hours. Since then, there has been no hot water and the history in the thermostat  just shows no usage.  The device is reconnected to the wi-fi so I don't know what the problem is. I would appreciate any suggestions.

It was definitely working up to the power cut as the water that had been heated before the power cut was used last night

Thanks

Tim

Hi @TimS1, thanks for reaching out. Let us do a quick test on the Heat Link. Go next to the Heat Link with the Nest app. Make sure that the heating and hot water are off, as well as the manual mode on the Heat Link. After go to the heating and turn up the temperature until it goes orange, listen for a clicking noise from the Heat Link. After turn the temperature down and listen for a clicking noise again. Once done go to the hot water control, disable the schedule if it is on by going into settings from the upper right corner. Boost the hot water, listen for a click noise. Stop the boost and listen for the noise again. That would indicate that the relays inside are working as intended.
