I removed my ex husband from the Google Home but he must have originally set up the cameras and thermastats in the home. Now I can no longer see them in Google Home and he can't see them either. I re-added him to Google Home but the cameras and thermastats are still missing. When I try to re-add them with the QR codes it says to Contact the owner. I tried to factory reset the doorbell to re-add it and it says to contact the owner. But he is the owner and no longer can see the doorbell to release it. It is like the cameras and thermastats no longer exist and no one can see them. What do I do?

If you're getting a message telling you to contact the owner, then it is most likely that your factory resets were not successful.
For your cameras, did you follow the "Factory reset" instructions (not the "Restart") instructions in the Help topic below, and did you get the specified results?

We don't have a Nest thermostat, so I'm not sure about the process for thermostats, but there is this Help topic:

I managed to get both cameras back online ... yay! However I'm still struggling with getting the thermostats back into my google home. It seems maybe the issue is a low battery problem with connecting to wifi. I think I have the 2020 nest thermostats.

Some Nest thermostats only get installed in the Google Nest app, but can then be seen in the Google Home app (assuming they're in the same Google Nest "home/structure" and are on the same Google Account.
I don't know if these Help topics will help or not:

Where do I find the google nest app. I searched the play store but didn't really find it.

It's just called "Nest" there.
Once you install it, you'll want to use the "Sign on with Google" option and use the same Google Account you're using for the Google Home app.

With my thermostat I need to use the google home app for the install. Nest doesn't work.

We don't have Nest thermostats, so I don't know what else to suggest.
Maybe @CoolingWizard could suggest something on how to reconnect to your thermostats. He seems to have had quite a few helpful posts on thermostat and HVAC issues in this forum.

@Kimd79 , depending on which Google Nest Thermostat you have, determines which app you need to use. Google made sure the software in the thermostat properly directs you to the correct app to use in order to complete the installation and setup.
