Hi there, I have set up multiple routines in Google Home and I have added my wife as my family group members. However, Google Assistant seems to only recognize my voice (as a Family Manager) and act accordingly to the routines that I have set up. My wife on the other hand is unable to trigger any of these routines, these routines also do not show up on her Google Home.
Please help, thank you.

Hi there, to add on;
1. I have tried to turn off Voice Match to see if both of us are able to trigger the routines, and both of us are unable to trigger the routines.
2. Under Household, both me and my wife are Manager.
Is this a known problem (wife will not be able to trigger the routines that I have set-up)?
On the other hand, I am also facing another issue, whenever I tried to trigger a request, a question, a routine or anything, the first time the speaker will respond; "Hmm, there was a glitch. Try again in a few seconds". After Google Assistant finish the sentence and I waited for a couple of seconds, it will then work perfectly. What's the best way to deal with the second issue?
Many thanks in advance!

Thank you for the response. I've attempted to do this but when I go to create a new routine I don't get an option for personal or household as the instruction suggests. I'm in the US.

Hi Ole4isu,
Thanks for responding.
Can you please make sure the following are checked:
If all of these are checked, let's try using a different phone to create a routine to see if you will still get the same thing.
Keep us posted.

I too am having this issue. I can only access a custom routine called "wake up boys for dad" when I'm on the account that I set it up with but it is not accessible on other accounts that are a part of the household.
Please help!

I'm also having issues with my wife being able to access the routines I've created. She is in the household and a manager. When she says the same thing I say, it trys to set up a new routine for her.

Hi,
I have this exact same issue. As the family manager I have configured a number of routines. “Bedtime” “Leaving home” etc. however my family members cannot activate my routines, despite the idea that all family members can activate the Family Manager’s routines. This used to work and the activation phrase was accepted. Now some phrases work and others do not. I have removed voice match and personalisation for my account and my families, but they just get a “It looks like that device has not been configured” error. My routines are not visible in their Google Home app. There doesn’t appear to be anyway to share routines. This seems like a massive oversight. I refuse to believe that everyone in a household has to configure their own routines. If there is a routine configuration issue then please help. I’m using nest mini (2nd gen), nest hub (2nd gen) and a Google home smart speaker.
