New to this. Now that it's nice out we have windows/doors open. How'd I stop the constant phone notifications about them?

What mode do you have it set to? Both "Away and Guarding" and "Home and Guarding" give notifications for alarm and security events. I believe you need to change it to "Off" when you're home to stop these notifications.

If you haven't already, try to uninstall and reinstall the app first before toggling the notifications on and off again.

This has become such a headache. I uninstalled the app then reinstalled, but couldn't remember my username. I request 3 times now but never received an email. When I call no one answers. I haven't been able to use my alarm system for a week now.
