Unlink Leviton Devices from Google Home

Can someone tell me how to Unlink my Leviton devices from my account?

I know how to do it. The problem is Leviton no longer shows as a linked account. I do not get the option to choose Unlink. This has been a problem for some time and is not a new issue. All my devices are still listed in Home even after deleting my Home and creating a new one. I have also tried going into an individual device and selecting the Unlink option in the device settings. It tells me it will remove them and then directs me to Leviton to login. However my devices are never removed.

Hi ryancpet,

 

I really appreciate you doing the necessary steps before posting. It really narrows things down. It would help a lot if you could go to your account and from there, if your Leviton device is still linked, you can remove it. Click here. If it still remains, could you reinstall your Home app and see the difference?

 

If it still persists, it would be a big help contacting Leviton support team to know how to fully  remove the devices on your Leviton app and account since it always redirects you to their page.

Leviton support just says it's a Google Home problem.  I was able to find the Google account that the devices somehow all moved under.  I was able to then sync under my account and get them to then unlink.  I thought it was fixed but upon unlinking them again the once again moved randomly under another Google account of a family member.  I got them back under my account again and everything worked for like 24 hours, then I was back to the "sorry can't contact Leviton" issue.  Thanks for trying to help.  I have removed all Leviton switches from my home and went to a different brand.  Problem solved LOL.
