Won’t pick up 1 of my 2 bulbs

I can’t seem to get one of my smart bulbs to work with my Google Home. I can’t get it to turn on at all with my assistant, and it won’t turn on in the application. I have disconnected it, reconnected it, removed the account from it, added back, but only one of them works, and the other doesn’t with the Google Home app. Any tips? I’ve been trying to fix it for hours!

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's going on.

 

What's the brand of your lights? Is it still working on the native app? Are you getting any message when controlling it?

 

To make sure, have you tried relinking your lights to your Google Home app? Try rebooting your speaker, lights and router to refresh the connection. Let us know how it goes.
