i have stupid existing account and baught new nest indoor cam dont know its says you have existing account

Sorry to hear you're running into this, as I can imagine this has been a frustrating process. Is your camera a used device? Or is it brand new? I ask, because if you had a previous account with this device added, or it was somebody's that could be why you are getting this error message. Please let me know.
