I received an email for the $200 Google store gift card and there is absolutely no way to redeem this gift card. I contacted Google and they said they will open a case. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been paying money for this subscription and now they’re not even helping me with this!!

I just completed the form you requested. I haven't received a gift card or instructions how to use it. I purchased a new Google doorbell hoping to use it but couldn't. I will use it to purchase a new indoor camera to replace the Nest camera.
