This week, Nest must have done an upgrade because my camera buttons have changed. Since the upgrade, I have live audio, but my history audio is gone. This is a HUGE problem!!!!! I have done every check that is suggested in HELP. I cannot get the recorded audio to work. I NEED HELP IMMEDIATELY, PLEASE!!!
