I was billed twice and now I’ve waited four days for them to reply back with whatever they need to say but they have not credited my account for $150. I’ve been loyal customer for four years now and I still have $150 that they owe me and they won’t answer my phone calls. They won’t answer my emails. I can’t get an answer from anybody.
I can’t even get to work because I don’t have gas. They overdrew my account by $95. I don’t even get paid until next week and this was four days ago.

That's really unfortunate.
You could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below, where they say you "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
