I have three 1st generation nest cameras around the house plugged in . I set them up in 2018 basically thru my computer web browser originally . I have my iPhone app that I visually monitor the cameras with .
Now if I want to unplug a camera from the electric out let and move it to a different part of the house and plug it in again or just unplug it and reply it back in the same outlet will I have to do any new setup on my computer again ?
I have misplaced my owners manual for setting the cameras up so I’m now recalling the routine . In fact I’d love to know if there is an online owners manual I can get access to to print out again.

If you are simply unplugging a Google Nest camera and moving it to another part of your house on the same Wi-Fi network, you don't need to make any configuration changes. It should just come back online unless there is poor Wi-Fi reception in the new location. That's not to say that something might not go wrong, however. When our Wi-Fi was out for a few hours a few weeks ago, we had to unplug our 1st gen indoor camera a few times before it would come back online.
Unfortunately, Google Nest does not seem to have any owner's manuals. The best I can suggest is to try searching the Google Nest Help center:
