Can't Cancel Nest Subscription! HELP

As everyone knows, Google stopped supporting Nest in April this year. I thought charges would cancel automatically after April, but we are still being charged every month for a service we're not getting. I can't log into our Nest account through Google or Nest. It's a vicious circle of clicking and getting redirected.  I even called my bank to try to cancel that way, but no success.

When I log into Google, there are no active subscriptions to be found, yet I am being charged every month.

There is no phone number, no email, and the community forum is useless.

Could someone please contact me so we can stop getting charged?

Hello, in order to cancel you have to go through the Home app or the Nest app. I just checked it myself. I did the same thing you did and it did not appear in my subscription tab, but if you go through the app it is definitely there.

Thanks....I may have gotten out of this vicious loop.  I've been using my desktop browser all this time. Even clearing the cache & cookies did not help. Using the phone app, i still had problems until I migrated the account to Google.  In Google subscriptions, the Nest Aware is simply not there. Within the Nest app, you have to tap on Nest Aware/Manage Subscription/ until you get to a button that says "cancel" . It's very discreet and HTF. Nest is just quietly ripping people off.

Hi Nery,

I have been clicking around and think my cancellation has been successful. I will reach out again if there is trouble.  

The big problem was not being able to log into the account. In Nest, you are redirected to Google, and then back & forth....Using my phone app I was finally able to break through. 

Do you offer refunds for the months that we were charged from April to September?
