I have a nest door lock and smoke alarms attached to the app - when I open the app the screen just remains static, I can’t click on settings, I can’t lock or unlock the door. It loads and I can see status and that’s it.
I have cleared cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone, nothing has worked. Note it does work from a browser window. So it’s just the app.

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? Try to connect your phone to another network and observe if this makes a difference. Using another phone will also help us further isolate this.

I have tried to connect from many different networks. It works through the browser on my phone but not the app.
