We are having a similar problem (as are our friends). Have nest aware with recording subscription. All of a sudden we only get 3/4 still photos human movement. No way to contact customer services (other than meaningless replies on here that resolve noone’s issues) and no personal account facility to check subscriptions. I do t want to take a new subscription (in the event mine expired) in case it doesn’t work. I’d appreciate some help as I don’t particularly want to scrap my Google devices and move to ring.
