Hi. I’ve sent a form off to cancel my annual Nest Aware subscription and asked if I would get a refund. It only renewed just over a week ago. Can someone please get back to me. Thanks. ☺️

I'm having the same issue. They charged me for another year instead of refunding me the money. Then I got an email that said they couldn't refund my money because the account wouldn't let them, but they had just taken my money right after that from the same account...
