I was so happy with my Nest cameras (9) and display, until now. I had one camera go bad, I called, and eventually it was replaced, and everything was good again. Today, my subscription was cancelled without notice and my history was deleted because, "No payment was received". I checked the FAQ's and found what I thought that I knew:
Subscription renewals are billed to your saved payment method every month or year automatically. Renewal periods are based on the billing cycle you selected when you first purchased your Nest Aware subscription."
My credit card and address information has not changed, etc., and I had an annual payment plan.
I did not expect this from Google. I was able to reschedule, etc., but still it doesn't feel right. I feel like a bad customer and dishonest. I relied on Google for quality and service and had received them. So, I recommended the Nest Aware System to others. Now, I hope they do not get the same treatment.

If you purchased the Nest Aware subscription from the Google Store, you can check the transaction history at https://goo.gle/2scTmOT. Click the Activity tab to review the reason why the subscription was canceled. Also, check the notification bell at the top right corner to see if there are any payment profile alerts that need action.
If the Nest Aware subscription was purchased from a partner, please contact them for further assistance.
