looks like is a link for new subscriptions only.No option for canceling an old one

I can't speak to the screen for 1st gen subscriptions because we no longer have one and cannot access thew screen, but for the second gen subscriptions, if you select your current subscription and click on the 3 vertical dots, you get a small popup window with options to "Change your plan" or "Cancel subscription".
If this doesn't help, you could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

my subscription doesn t appear in google nest app. I have no subscriptions there, but I am billed by Nest Labs, and when I call the # says it is a old # and it sends me to Google support app. Like going in circles

Use the directions I posted above to contact Google Nest Support. They don't publish any support phone numbers that we can call.
